Arunkumar is a Govt-Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified First Aid Trainer, and Acupuncture Healer with a decade of coaching and workshop experience. He blends functional fitness, endurance training, and workplace wellness to help busy professionals run pain-free, build stamina, and bring marathon discipline into daily life.

I wasn’t the fastest runner. I was the consistent one. Small, repeatable actions—what I call little pushes—turned into big results. That journey shaped my approach: safe structure, patient progress, and clear systems that fit real Indian routines.
